Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The objective of creating this page is to provide our users with complete peace of mind. The returning of the goods and services is one of the phases that neither of the parties involved in a deal would ever like. We could never imagine ending a beautiful relationship with a valuable customer like you under any circumstances. But we value our customer’s interests more than anything else.

Niramayu offers a 24 hours replacement policy for all its customers who get disappointed with the services or the results in one way or the other. The customer needs to raise the request with our Customer Service Team on Whatsapp number 9116985500 (CLICK HERE) with complete details within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product(s).

Return‘ is defined as the act of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Niramayu on the website Niramayu.com. A return can be requested by a customer only when any wrong item is received. In this case, we will replace the wrong product with the actual product.

The following RULES apply to Return and Refund Policy:

Wrong product delivered by Niramayu to the customer: The customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours of the delivery time. We will reverse pickup of the item and will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer’s Interests but shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

Missing products from the order: The customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours of the time of delivery. We will ship the missing part of the order at the earliest after confirming the same with our operations team and order packing scans.

Customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery or customer’s phone is not reachable/responding: A refund of the order will be processed after deducting a conveyance fee (min Rs.100). If the processing fees exceed Rs.100 we will inform you before refunding.

Incorrect delivery address/contact number: The customer is expected to provide the correct shipping address and contact number at the time of checkout. If he/she enters the wrong shipping address or contact number at the time of checkout, two cases may arise:

  1. Order is delivered to the wrong person: In such a case, Niramayu is not liable to issue any refund to the customer.
  2. Order is returned back to us: If the shipment is returned back to our warehouse due to incorrect details, we will issue a refund after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100, or more depending upon the order).

Wrong item ordered by customer: We urge our customers to properly review the order before completing the transaction, as we do not accept returns due to the consumable and body application nature of the product. This is to ensure the products delivered to our customers are of high quality.

Note:

All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.

Order Processing & Refund Policy

Order Processing:

All confirmed orders are processed within 0–3 business days from the order date, based on the availability of our shipping partners.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
In rare cases where we are unable to process your order, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days from the order date.

Return Policy:

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. You have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
2. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products:
1. Opened or used products.
2. Products damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective/damaged).

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition.
2. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method/account used during purchase.
3. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Replacement Policy:

1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost after verification.
2. In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return/Refund:

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/refund.
3. Our team will guide you with the return shipping process (if applicable).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@niramayu.com and send your item to KD Enterprises, Plot S4A, Vishwakarma Nagar, Maharani Farm, Durgapura,Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302018, India.

Important Notes

1. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
2. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.
3. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or store credit.
